Miller's
Miller’s® is the brand name for crackers and Toasts and biscuits made at Artisan Biscuits.

Artisan Biscuits is our family-owned bakery in Ashbourne, a historic market town in the Derbyshire Dales. Here we have been baking for some 100 years.
We named our bakery Artisan Biscuits, because Artisan, Artisanal, Artigianale, Artesano and so on across the world all mean ‘made with skill and care from quality ingredients’.
We gave it this name this because those are the values in our bakery…and those values have not changed in living memory.
We still generously heap the best natural ingredients: British flour and butter, freshly grated or crumbled cheese, real fruit and fruit juices – and no additives or preservatives of course. We still sift, weigh, mix, and work our dough the old-fashioned way. We still use the same baking methods and bronze rollers we have for decades, with bronze rollers mounted on them. We still put dough on to trays, and trays on to racks, and wheel them into ovens. We still bake by hand, because rack ovens allow us to adjust temperature, humidity and air flow as we go along.
And yet we are still on-stream.
Under the Miller’s brand name, there are various ranges to partner cheese or containing cheese.
• Miller’s Toast, and the crackers Miller’s Elements, Miller’s Harvest and Miller’s Damsel
• Grate Britain® Buttercrumb Biscuits and Cracker Pouches containing freshly grated Wookey Hole Cheddar and Smoked Dorset Red, and freshly crumbled Cropwell Bishop Stilton.
Plugged-in products for the Virtual Cheese Awards.

From one engineer to another, I’d say don’t underestimate the value of your everyday responsibilities when preparing for professional recognition. You do not need to focus exclusively on major projects because smaller decisions can sometimes provide clearer examples of your judgement and accountability. When considering ice chartership attributes, try looking at how you have communicated, collaborated, solved problems, and taken ownership during your normal work. That can give you a more natural way to discuss your professional development.
